• Highschool Graduate or Equivalent Automotive Servicing (Engine Repair) NCII
• Familiar with basic and advanced automotive electrical systems, including wiring, charging systems, starting systems, lightning, and electronic control modules
• Knowledgeable in internal combustion engines (gasoline and diesel) and their components including troubleshooting and repair
• Understands safety procedures, quality standards, and proper tool handling
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 5-10 years experience as quantity surveyor for commercial buildings and warehouse
• Obtain specialized quantity surveying course thru Philippine Institute of Certified Quantity Surveyor (PICQS) preferred
• Proficient in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 1-3 years experience as quantity surveyor for commercial buildings and warehouse
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the profession
• Ability to work effectively in a team and take direction from senior staff
• Licensed Electrical Engineer
• 5 years experience in construction or industrial projects
• Proficient in electrical design, installation, and troubleshooting
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, safety standards, and power systems
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and specifications
• Male, at least high school graduate
• With at least 1 year of warehouse experience
• Physically fit and can lift heavy items
• Trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented
• Willing to stay in at the project site
