• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
• Licensed Civil Engineer or equivalent construction-related degree
• At least 5 years experience as Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer
• Strong background in roads, bridges, or building construction
• Knowledgeable in project scheduling, cost control, and construction methodologies
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools (e.g. MS Project / Primavera)
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
• Willing to be assigned on project sites
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in construction project engineering.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, or other project management tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Graduate of Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, Engineering, or related course
• At least 1–2 years experience in inventory control or warehouse operations
• Experience in a construction or industrial company is required
• Knowledgeable in construction materials and basic equipment handling
• Proficient in MS Excel and inventory monitoring systems
• Detail-oriented, organized, honest, and reliable
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• At least 3–5 years experience in project cost control or planning in construction
• Experience in roads, bridges, and vertical construction is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of cost estimating, budgeting, and project controls
• Proficient in MS Excel, MS Project / Primavera, and AutoCAD (basic)
• Strong analytical, reporting, and coordination skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost estimation techniques.
• Proficient in MS Office and construction-related software (AutoCAD, Bluebeam, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Must be a Certified Safety Officer (SO2 or higher) in accordance with DOLE requirements
• 3–5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations, hazard identification, and risk management.
• Strong communication and training skills to influence safe practices.
• Ability to enforce safety policies firmly and professionally.
• Knowledge of accident investigation procedures, safety management systems, and emergency response planning.
• Advanced First Aid / CPR / Fire Safety Certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in construction, engineering, or project-based industries is a plus.
• Knowledge of construction project costing and billing.
• Familiarity with procurement and cash flow monitoring for construction projects.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s of Science in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, project specifications, and supply chain logistics.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
