• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or any related field
• With 3–5 years of experience in an HR and Administrative managerial position, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of HR operations (recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and labor compliance)
• Proven experience in administrative management (office operations, facilities, permits, and documentation control)
• Experience in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Knowledgeable in Philippine labor laws and government compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or related field
• With at least 1-2 years of experience in administrative and HR support
• Strong background in administrative tasks
• Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR processes
• Experience in using HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and systematic in handling documents
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Strong time management skills and ability to multitask
